Privacy policy
Ampli is a website, dashboard and Chrome extension for ordering social media growth services. It is operated by Safesky Digital LLC, Cape Coral, Florida (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your account
- Email address and a password. We store only a one-way hash of your password, never the password itself.
- Account credit and your account role (client or admin).
Orders you place
- The link you submit (for example a post or profile URL), the service, quantity, any custom comments you enter, the price, and order status.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Commas. You enter card or wallet details on their checkout page — we never receive or store your card number.
- We keep the amount, status, date, and the payment reference Commas gives us, so we can add credit to your account and handle refunds.
Security and technical data
- IP address and browser type when you sign in, sign up or change settings — used to block password guessing and to keep an activity log.
- A sign-in cookie on our website, used only to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t run third-party trackers.
The Chrome extension
- The extension does nothing until you open it (toolbar icon, Alt+B, or right-click menu).
- When you open it, it reads the address (URL) of that one tab so it can suggest services and fill in the link. It does not read the page’s content, your browsing history, or other tabs.
- It stores a sign-in token and your email on your device so you stay signed in. Signing out deletes them and ends the session on our server.
- It only communicates with the Ampli website.
- The use of information received from the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use it
- To run your account, place and track your orders, and add or refund credit.
- To keep the service secure: detecting abuse, rate-limiting sign-in attempts, and investigating problems.
- To answer support requests and send messages about your account or orders.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our fulfillment provider receives the link, service and quantity of each order so it can be delivered. It does not receive your email or payment details.
- Commas (payments) receives what’s needed to process your payment, including your email on their checkout.
- Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database) store and process data on our behalf.
- Resend (email) delivers account emails such as password reset links, so it receives your email address.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
How long we keep it
- Account, order and payment records: while your account is open, and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
- Sign-in sessions expire automatically (12 hours on the website; the extension stays signed in while you use it at least monthly).
- Failed sign-in records are cleared within a day. Password reset links expire after 30 minutes and work only once.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, supplier and payment keys are encrypted, payment notifications are signature-checked, and every change to keys or credit is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you as required by law.
Your choices
- Delete your account anytime: sign in at Account and choose Delete account. This removes your email and password, signs you out everywhere, and forfeits any remaining credit. Order and payment records are kept without your personal details for accounting, tax, refund and dispute purposes.
- Reset your password yourself from Forgot password; we email you a single-use link that expires in 30 minutes.
- Access or correct your information, or ask for a refund of unused credit: email info@safesky.digital.
- Sign out of the extension at any time from the widget or its sign-in page.
- Remove the extension from Chrome at
chrome://extensions.
Children
Ampli is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. For significant changes we’ll let account holders know by email or in the dashboard.
